My Dear Dr. Spohr,
As a young artist, a friend & fellow student of Bennett & Blagrove also a pupil Mendelssohn, I take the liberty of adressing you – I am now publishing a volume of Sacred Music1 for the Benefit of five Hospitals in want of funds – The following artists are Contributors, Sterndale Bennett, Molique, Balfe, Smart and Macfarren & c
