My dear Sir,

I regret that circumstances to prevent my seeing you in Norwich to welcome your visit to this Country; should you pass through London I hope you will let me know the time that I may have the pleasure of calling upon you. –
I have taken Lodgings at this place where I intend to remain some weeks longer, but I shall be most delighted to come to London upon any day you would mention, on which I hope you will gratify me with your company to Dinner.
